Do prices exclude GST? Yes, all prices quoted are excluding GST.

 

Can I have a quote first? Yes, all orders submitted via this portal are not confirmed until you accept the quote we send back to you via email.

 

Can we have multiple logins? Yes, requires individual email addresses - email us at sales@cmparts.co.nz to set up.

 

Can we have items placed on hold? Yes, let us know if you want us to hold items for you.

 

Can I cancel my order? 

*Yes, if the goods are part of our normally held stock - but note that delivery/return costs will not be refunded.

*Yes, if our overseas supplier will accept cancellation of the order.

*No, if the order is special order parts and our overseas supplier won't accept cancellation of the order.

*NOTE: For any goods to be accepted they must be returned in original packaging and undamaged.
